Our exchange policy is as follows:
Intact International must be contacted and approve exchange, prior to customer returning the item, to fulfill an exchange. Exchanges can only be made prior to the tenth day after any purchase.
Exchanges will be granted if;
Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the exchange criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds and cannot return the items to you.
Intact International reserves the right to refuse any exchanges if they do not meet our exchange requirements.
All exchanges will come at an additional delivery cost.
