Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Accra, Ghana. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day.
Shipping Methods
Standard Delivery: 1-7 business days depending on location. Express Delivery (Greater Accra only): Next business day delivery for an additional GH₵30.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above GH₵3,000. This applies to all locations within Ghana.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand to West African countries in the near future.
Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return Shipping
For defective products, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
